Welcome to the BIB Store. Please review our return and cancellation policies carefully before placing your order.
Returns for Defective Products
We offer a 14-day return policy for physical products that arrive defective or damaged.
To qualify for a return:
- You must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
- The item must be defective, damaged during shipping, or incorrectly fulfilled.
- Products must be returned in new, unused condition.
- Clear photos of the issue and packaging may be required for verification.
Once approved, refunds or replacements are typically processed within 7 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected.
Please note:
- We do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse, incorrect sizing selections, accidental purchases, or used/opened items unless they are defective.
- All digital products sold through the BIB Store, including PDFs, ebooks, downloads, and digital educational materials, are non-refundable.

Orders cannot be canceled once they have shipped.
Book Order Cancellation Policy
Many BIB Store books are printed on demand and sent into production shortly after purchase.
Book orders cannot be canceled once they have been sent to print production. In most cases, books are sent to print approximately 1 hour after the order is placed.
